The owner Richard came to repair my tire in a remote area late evening about 9 pm when he contacted me he was on the way he arrived at about ten pm about the time he estimated that he would need to arrive! He tried to repair the tire but was unable to do so, no fault of his! When he found out it was a special day he gave me a discount even though he was having problems with his service truck!! ~ Andrew S
